Over two days each May, Jewish community members from across the State come together in Sacramento to network with legislators and administration officials and lobby their representatives on public policy issues of importance to the broader Jewish community. Advocacy Day provides opportunities to: -Experience the thrill of being in the State Capitol with the largest coalition of Jewish organizations in the nation -Meet elected officials and engage in meaningful conversations with them -Join with Jewish communities from around the State to lobby legislators on issues of importance to the greater Jewish community -Network with colleagues and friends from around California Advocacy Days have featured speakers and panelists including State Treasurer Bill Lockyer, Senate President pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, Assembly Speaker John A.
