Shishi on the Farm we'll cook Israeli foods from Israeli Food in America, vegetarian or Falafel/Salads. We hope to work with the Farm to pick vegetables on the farm for use in Salads. “Falafel” stands are everywhere in Israel and Assaf Gavron spent 2 years writing his column “Eating Standing Up” sharing about life in Israel through the lens of many joints in Jerusalem. We’ll make falafel recipes and other vegetarian options from Israeli Food in America our cookbook celebrating 10 years in San Diego.
