Dear Friends,

I am still trembling from seeing the images from the three levayos, funerals, in Israel. It is a time of national aveilus, of national mourning.

To this end, I would like to invite everyone to gather together tomorrow evening, July 2nd, for a memorial service in the shul at 8:15 pm, immediately after Ma’ariv.

We will say some prayers, hear some words, and launch a community learning project for the Shloshim, the thirty day mourning period.

When our hearts are broken as a people, we need to heal together as a people.
